Lens color choices:

AMBER COLORED LENSES -- Good for bright days  to see distant objects clearly

YELLOW  COLORED LENSES --  Excellent  to contrast the blue light to see fast moving objects                

CLEAR LENSES--  Best if sport is played indoors or at night

GREY TINTED LENSES--   A sunglass color making everything somewhat darker

 This is the best frame for under football helmets.  Though there are no safety standards as yet for football sports goggles this frame does an excellent job when worn with the proper snug fit and the skull cap which helps hold the frame when taking off the helmet.
